Shipment

National shipping costs are €3.90 for an order value of up to €19.99. From an order value of 20 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Outside of Germany and within the EU, the shipping costs are €7.90 for an order value of up to €69.99. From an order value of 70 € we ship free of charge.

If the weight (regardless of the order value) exceeds 31.5 kg within the specified zones, there may be an increase in shipping costs for the respective weight class. The exact calculation of the shipping costs can be made and viewed in the shopping cart.

returns

If, contrary to expectations, you regret your purchase, the goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please return the goods in the condition and quantity in which you received them. Return labels are not provided by us. These must be created at your expense.

We will check your return as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and refund the purchase price. Please note that we can only refund you the purchase price if the goods are unopened, undamaged and unused.
